Happy e-Bay!!!

Happy Leap Day! Otherwise known as "Happy e-Bay!" to my friends in Austin.

Porque?

On the last leap day, back in 2004, my fake cousin and I were throwing our third rendition of a little party called Two Two Two.



The night got a little crazy... Aaron took out the video camera, and when the clock struck midnight and we entered the 29th of February, he came up to me to wish me a "Happy Leap Day". My response? "Happy e-Bay!"


Yeah, it was a fun night.

And no, I didn't craft that costume. Aaron came up with that one all on his own!

I cheated a little bit and used photos I already had taken... But they were really great photos and the gloomy winter weather didn't make me want to be outside!

The coaster swap sendout is Sunday... I've got some sewin' to do this weekend!

Tonight PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON was in Austin campaigning for Hillary.

I would be a fool to not attend the event!

I love the fact that for ONCE I live in a state that actually is a major contributor to the political process! I've always lived in predominately Democratic counties, but when your state is mostly Republican... ugh!

It was really cool... I'm pumped for the March 4th Texas Primary.



And oh yeah... I got to shake Bill's hand. Twice.

Just Shoot Me

I got a new-to-me camera this week on ebay! Its a fancy non-SLR digital camera.



There are lots of new features that my other camera doesn't have:

- Incredible up-close shots via Super Macro Mode
- Bracketing that captures 3 exposures with one shot
- Capture extremely fast-moving subjects

I have no idea how to do any of the above. I just hope I never lose that lens cap.
