2 years and 4 months later... I FINALLY finished! I loved being able to give them this book. They got their wedding album as a Christmas gift this past year.

It turned out great, but I am never going to do that for a friend or family member again! It was so much work and so stressful. How would I know if they liked what I was doing? Getting all the digital photos from their family and friends turned our to be more difficult than I had originally imagined. Not to mention printing the images and organizing the photos. I think I would have felt more confident in my work if we lived closer to one another and the bride could see the work as it was being done. But she lives 1100 miles away and we only got to talk about design on the phone.
Anyway, they loved it! I'm so happy to have gotten it finished. :)

It looks like it was well worth the wait!
That turned out beautiful! I bet they were really touched at all the time you spent. What a GREAT gift.
That's gorgeous! I love the church. Where is it? It's SO nice.
The album looks really good, Bobbi! Does that mean you've had the blades and patterns for almost 3 years and I didn't know it? We need to have more scrapbooking nights.
That looks GREAT! And what a wonderful gift!
Thanks for the compliments, ladies!
beckiwithani, The wedding ceremony was held in the Como Park Garden Conservatory in St. Paul, not a church. 9 a.m. on a Sunday -- so it kind of counted like it was a church! :)
There is an old fashioned carousel at the park, which you can see in the last photo. It was fun that the entire wedding party went for a ride! There is also a zoo at the park. You could see flamingos outside the reception hall windows.
Jessica... Yes, I've had your blades and patterns for about 3 years now! 2 and a half maybe... I gotta give those back! :)
you are the best friend ever. lucky couple!
I meant comment the first time I saw this, but didn't. That scrapbook is absolutely beautiful and probably by far the most thoughtful wedding gift they received. You're such a great friend/cousin!
